Jabari Horsley, the Founder of Blueprint Culinary, brings a deeply personal commitment to his work, driven by his own transformative journey. After 14 years of incarceration and a successful recovery marked by over three years of sobriety, Jabari turned his life experiences into a mission to uplift others. His dedication is evident through his collaborations with Project North, Lynn Community District Court, and MassHire Salem, among others.
Central to Jabari’s efforts is Blueprint Culinary’s Cooking a Fresh Start program, which combines his passion for food with his commitment to helping others. This program provides individuals with the culinary skills and life lessons needed to start anew, serving as a testament to Jabari’s belief in second chances. Through hands-on training and mentorship, participants gain the confidence and skills necessary to build a sustainable future, mirroring Jabari’s own journey of transformation.

Stacy Foreman is a dedicated and passionate chef with a rich Trinidadian-Irish American heritage. Stacy brings a fierce commitment to culinary excellence, characterized by a keen eye for detail and a profound understanding of food. Her mission is to deliver high-quality culinary experiences that resonate deeply with her audience, helping businesses and individuals cultivate a genuine appreciation for exceptional cuisine.
Stacy’s culinary journey began at the tender age of eight, inspired by her grandmother’s wisdom that “food feeds the soul.” Growing up in a single-parent household with her father and three siblings, Stacy took on the responsibility of cooking for her family from a young age. Despite facing numerous challenges, Stacy found solace and purpose in the kitchen.
Her turning point came when her fiancé introduced her to the New England Center for Arts and Technology (NECAT), where she met Jabari Horsley. Through hard work and determination, Stacy graduated at the top of her class, realizing her dream of becoming a Head Chef at Blueprint Culinary. She is profoundly grateful for the opportunity to pursue her passion and is committed to creating soulful dishes that bring joy to others.

Annette Cooper serves as the Director of Client Services at Blueprint Culinary LLC. With a background as a medical assistant, Annette brings a deep-rooted passion for care giving to her role. Her meticulous approach to organization and client service has been instrumental in her career progression. Annette’s dedication to detail and her natural ability to support others have significantly contributed to her success and ongoing impact within Blueprint Culinary LLC.
